Wednesday: October 25, 2023

9am -6pm.Music City Center – Nashville, TN
Security Room Open. Only valuables are allowed (no showcases or supplies).

All valuables must be checked in not later than 6pm.
11:30-4:45IMEX Golf Tournament. 11:30pm lunch 1st tee time 12:30.

The Golf Course is a natural classic Tennessee Course 20 min. from downtown Nashville. Tournament will be a 2-person Scramble; one mulligan on the 1st tee only, maximum number of puts using your putter is two, maximum score on a hole is one over par. Prizes for longest drive hole and closest to pin hole. Cost: $200. Includes Green Fees, Lunch, Balls, Logo Shirt, Prizes and Trophy.

Absolutely no dealers allowed in the main exhibit hall during this time!

Registration Open at “Hall A” entrance.

Dealer Trading is in Meeting Room 107 A and B.
For Bourse Table holders, Early Bird Registered Dealers, and Dealer Room Table Holders only.
9am-5pm.Legend Auction Lot viewing in Meeting Room 108.

PCGS accepting submissions in Meeting Room 109.

No trading in the main exhibit hall until after 5pm. Closes 8pm
5pm-8pm.Security Room Closes in IMEX Show Office. All items removed by 5pm.

“Hall A” open to table holders only for set up. Valuables can be brought in
main exhibit hall after 5pm. Full security in Hall A throughout show.

Open trading allowed in the main exhibit hall during this time.

No Public Admittance allowed. Public is allowed for PCGS pick-up
only and must be escorted by IMEX security.
3pm-4pmDealers must vacate the Exhibit Hall.

4pm-11pmDecorator, tables, cases and exhibits removed.
